The older I get, and especially now as a mom myself, the more I realize just how much of you lives inside of me. In the way I love, the way I show up, the traditions I hold close, and the kind of mother I strive to be for Presley every single day.
Watching Presley and me together so often feels like watching a little piece of our own story all over again. The laughter, the closeness, the silliness, the comfort, the traditions, the best friend bond…it all reminds me so much of us. And I’m so grateful that because of you, Presley gets to grow up feeling the same kind of love, joy, and safety that I always felt, and still feel, because of you.
“I hope my mom never wondered if she failed. Because if I ever wrote the story of my life, her fingerprints would be on every chapter.” That line could not be more true. Your fingerprints are everywhere in my life and in my motherhood. You taught me what unconditional love looks like, what steadiness feels like, and how important it is to keep showing up with warmth, patience, and love.
Thank you for being the heart of so many of our happiest memories, and for helping me create that same kind of magic for Presley now. We love and we are sooooo lucky to have you. ❤️ 😘

Presley’s first ever audition was so very Presley…barefoot, pink leopard print and cat ears 🤣 To be fair, she wasn’t prepared to audition. She has been dealing with a lot of anxiety lately, so chose to observe instead of participate. But she eventually found her courage and decided to join in…and she did great! We’re so proud of you, Presley Rose! Keep being YOU! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💖
