DIRTEA x Bear Grylls 🔥 We are so proud to announce our global partnership with legendary adventurer Bear Grylls. In the spirit of looking after both body and mind and ensuring we are fully prepared for whatever the day holds, DIRTEA has always been Bear’s weapon of choice! What better way to kick this DIRTEA partnership off than stepping into Bear’s world and launching our founders, Simon & Andrew, 14,000 ft into the big blue sky! 🚁🪂 #DIRTEA #DIRTEAworld #BearGrylls

Grateful to @Forbes & @pamdanziger for telling the story behind our mission. DIRTEA isn’t just a mushroom brand. It’s a ritual for a new era. In a culture built on burnout and quick fixes, we’re creating something deeper. A return to nature. A reset for the nervous system. A daily dose of clarity, calm and focus — powered by nature’s oldest remedies. This isn’t wellness as usual. This is functional fuel for modern life. And we’re just getting started.

This voice note was a promise to have tea. We never quite made that tea happen, yet we will all have that spirit warrior by our side You learn a lot in death. @jakehall . A mensch who was taken too soon, far too soon. Just as the world was beginning to witness his genius. He cared and he loved love. I loved his laugh. What an expression of human life he was. Tomorrow I learnt when we rise, 160,000 people won’t. Jake Hall, unapologetically raw from the fabric he cut to the brush that landed on his canvas. His presence was only ever complete with his brother @sonnyhall__ I’ll miss not grabbing that tea 🕊️ blessings and strength to your family Jake. You are in all our prays

The magic in Dubai is real. I believe when purpose and values align, the universe responds. Everyone I have met here wants DIRTEA to succeed. They care, they are confident and believe in the Dubai sentiment, ‘Impossible is possible’. I see and feel it all, The culture is remarkable. The hustle is real. People want the best for you. They push you to keep going, to keep innovating. What a place to build. Right now, there is a health crisis. 85 to 90% of the UAE population are expats. 25 to 30% report anxiety or depression. 40 to 60% of those do not seek help. Wellness is at the heart of the government’s focus. We need to 10x prevention. DIRTEA is built on the healing power of mushrooms and to the world DIRTEA is becoming the antidote to morden day stress. Knowledge, community and nature are the pillars. Evidence is our loudest voice. Slide and see Thank you Dubai for welcoming us. We LOVE you 🇦🇪 🇦🇪❤️🫶🏽🙏🏼

“I’ve watched my brother grow into greatness, and I feel it in my heart of hearts: a man’s strength isn’t built alone, it’s revealed by the woman beside him.”

It’s my brother’s birthday 🎁❤️🔥 and these are 4 things I have learnt from him. 1️⃣ When Bell’s palsy hit, my nervous system was loud. Total Uncertainty I realised that calm is contagious. His steadiness steadied me. Research shows the presence of someone you trust lowers stress in the body. 2️⃣ I learnt that belief is powerful medicine. There were moments I questioned what was happening. He never did. Not once. Studies show people who feel supported recover better and live longer. I’m healed and my heart beats ❤️🥰 3️⃣ Good times are easy to share. Uncertain times are not. Hard seasons do not weaken real bonds. They refine them. 🔥 4️⃣ And now I get to watch him step into a new chapter. To see my brother find the love of his life @lilliebernie ❤️ To see him grow in ways only a strong woman can draw out of a man. There is a different calm in him now. A deeper confidence. A fuller smile. This video is my brother just before stepping on stage to inspire an audience with why we built @dirteaworld It was also during my days of Bell’s palsy, when I wanted to wrap my face up like the Mask of Zorro 🥷🏼. But my brother never let me hide. He always knew I was healing. He reminded me that I am greater than what may lie on the surface ❤️ Happy your day, @andrewpsalter . May the wind fill your sails and the sea rise to meet your strength.

Introducing the next chapter of DIRTEA. From the beginning, we’ve focused on clean ingredients, real transparency, and science-backed rituals that fit into everyday life. No fillers. No unnecessary extras. Nothing hidden. If it doesn’t belong in the body, it doesn’t belong in the jar. Pure Essentials builds on that belief. Creatine - for energy and output. Collagen - for structure and recovery. Two ingredients your body already uses every day. This is Pure Essentials. The next chapter of DIRTEA. Available now. Link in bio.

DIRTEA launches in Tesco today!! How did my brother and I go from blending mushrooms with coffee in our kitchen, and trying to convince friends this actually mattered… to now seeing it on shelves across the country? Tesco is where everyday life happens. Where habits are formed. Where things stop being “niche” and start becoming part of people’s routines. So this one feels different. Bigger. More real. We never set out to build something niche. We set out to build something better - better ingredients, better rituals, better daily choices. The journey was never linear. There were so many moments this felt too early, too ambitious, or wildly uncertain. Seeing DIRTEA in Tesco today feels like one of those quiet turning points. Not loud. Not flashy. Just… real. Huge thank you to everyone who believed before it made sense.
BIG love to the DIRTEA community. We have you to thank the most 🤍 Andrew & Simon X

Doctors never gave me the toolkit or the compass.
Just a 5 year recovery timeline and a pat on the back.😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 So, this is a simple overview of how I healed from Bell’s Palsy in under 6 months. I kept calling it the messy middle because that’s where I was.
No clarity. No plan. Just frustration and everything telling me to get out of middle aka resistance All I wanted was the answers.
But answers never arrived on demand. I had to learn that 😊 It was uncomfortable. Sometimes painful. But the more I loosened my grip
the need to control, to rush, to force certainty the more clues appeared.
And with those clues came hope.🫶🏽 I learned something important:
- Healing doesn’t respond to pressure. - The park became the real pharmacy 🌿
-No one was coming to pull me out of bed.
That part was mine. -My healing responded to patience. To attention.
-To staying in the middle when quitting felt logical. And if you stay there long enough, answers show up.
Turns out resilience lives there.
Not at the start.
Not at the finish.
Right in the mess 🧠✨ - You showed up in ways that mattered.
Quiet check-ins. With Prayers. Messages. Gifts. Hugs and Psalms. -Nothing loud. Everything necessary. -You picked me up when I stumbled.
-You made sure I didn’t walk the middle alone 🤍 Bell’s palsy wasn’t invited. It walked in anyway.
But it taught me how to listen to my body
and stop fighting what was already working. In a strange way, Bells Palsy became a blessing 🕊️ I wasn’t broken.
I was becoming. And now I get to make sure others don’t walk alone.
That’s the real blessing. ❤️❤️❤️
