I’ve graduated again (25 years on) with a ‘Masters of Arts by Research’. It’s been an amazing, thought provoking, humbling and at times extremely testing few years but I now have a thesis entitled ‘Identifying Enablers of (Individual and) Collective Flow in a Theatre Rehearsal Process’.
