Chapter 3: Family ❤️
Back in Delhi, the days unfolded across some of the city’s most iconic spots from the creative corners of Dhan Mill to the beautiful chaos of Sarojini Nagar Market. Long walks through Chandni Chowk, an essential stop at the legendary Kwality Restaurant, and wandering through Dilli Haat, still one of my favourite places to see India’s craft and culture come together.
But what made it all special wasn’t just the places, it was exploring them together. Walking crowded lanes, stopping for snacks, hunting for great finds, and soaking in the energy of it all with my parents, cousins, aunts, uncles and my savage nieces and nephews. 🤣
However, the real MVP of these adventures and my true partner-in-crime was my mom. Her stamina for exploring is honestly unmatched. We had a running list of places I had to see and foods I had to try, and she was determined to make sure I experienced it all (this album doesn’t do justice to how much we actually did). Love you mom❤️
Suffice it to say, it was these moments that were truly filling my cup the most. Sharing experiences and making memories with those that matter the most.
Chapter 2: Dharamshala, where time feels gentler, quieter. I came to be with my Dada, 104 years young, at the famous Chinmaya Tapovan Ashram. Sitting with him, listening, simply being was a reminder of how rare and sacred these moments are, especially when your life is split between places. A poignant feeling given that we really didn’t have a close relationship growing up.
This chapter allowed me to reconnected with a childhood friend and his family (his mom & my moms ironically are childhood besties as well) one of those full-circle moments that makes distance feel smaller. We spent time in Naddi at his stunning hotel called @udecheehuts surrounded by stillness, just minutes from McLeod Ganj and the iconic Dalai Lama Temple.
From there, I had the joy of wandering through Norbulingka Institute where we did darshan at the monastery, saw local artist workshops & the Hector Doll Museum, each space holding stories, craft, and devotion.
This trip continues to teach me that coming home isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s slow, grounding, and deeply human. 🤍 #dharamshaladiaries🏔️
Returning to India after 8 years was one of the promises I made to myself last year, and one I’m deeply proud I kept.
This trip wasn’t about ticking boxes or chasing highlights. It was about time with family, time reconnecting, time returning to a place that shaped me and will always feel like home, even from afar.
Throwing it back to a day spent with my dad, exploring Ugrasen ki Baoli, Humayun’s Tomb, and Qutub Minar. Places I was excited to see, and places he loves for their history. Walking together, learning, talking, and creating memories.
This is what I came fore. ❤️🇮🇳 (Part 1 of many) #foryoupage

Meeting the legendary @sabyasachiofficial at his @holtrenfrew pop-up last night was such a beautiful full-circle moment. I’ve admired his artistry for years, and to finally meet him and see how humble and generous he is was truly special.
He even complimented my necklace (designed by mama Mohan aka @aarzoojewelry 💕), which made the moment even more incredible.
Crazy to think it’s been over 8 years since I was working to bring him and other Indian designers to Saks Fifth Avenue- so thrilled to see the world finally waking up to the unparalleled talent our community has to offer.
If you’re in Toronto, make sure to check out his stunning bag collection, I can promise you that you’ve never seen a better example of craftsmanship and storytelling. 🙏🏽❤️🔥
