This year slowed us down.
There was a health scare. There were months of tests and waiting. Luckily, it’s nothing serious in the end — just one of those age-related reminders. Yes, it’s a quiet reminder that we’re growing older.
Work has been tough too. Business felt uncertain. A lot of things quietly shifted. And more changes are coming in 2026.
At the same time, our eldest - entering puberty - needing more patience, more conversations, more presence.
But I guess this is just life, asking for more attention on many fronts at once.
So we’re choosing to slow down and take better care of what matters.
Not chasing more. Just trying my best to protect what we already have.
So as the year turns, wishing you all a year that holds what matters most to you— in whatever season you’re in 💛
Not trying to escape the kids… just learning how to find each other again while raising them. Save this for the days you forget you’re a couple too.

My baby—who once couldn’t tie her own shoe lace and belt—is now standing tall, fierce, and focused in her very first event.
Six months ago she went to her first Wushu class and the Shifu asked, “why do you want to learn Wushu?” She said, “I don’t know, my parents asked me to come” 🤣
We signed her up to burn energy and fill up time, now she’s a little warrior ❤️🔥

Sharing some tips:
- Wear covered shoes; avoid slip-ons, sandals
- avoid dress or skirt
- Bring as less things as possible; if you need to bring a bag, choose a full zip covered bag to prevent personal belongings spilling out
- There are flashing lights at some of the installations
- Watch out for slippery floor
- There are water cooler outside to refill water
