February 2024 : I was frustrated about not painting anymore and anything I did wasn’t enough in my eyes. I needed a challenge, something that will take days or weeks to finish.
Every stroke was a thought. Thinking through the first time I held a brush, first time I bought my canvas, TTU days.. everything was coming together and nothing else mattered.
Honestly it felt like punishment until all started coming together. This very painting was a lesson and a journey. A gap was filled. I feel closer to it (strokes) now. I forgot about all the excitement because the world became so demanding after music(fame). Nothing else matters anymore than to create and feel what I create ; and this goes to both music and painting.
