Every morning we make sure our boys get up and active to start the day. We have noticed that it helps their mood, confidence and it has obvious health benefits. The Rise & Run club isn't as much about sports as it is about building mental and physical health as well as to instill discipline.
This was a beyond amazing and humbling moment 💙 I got a call a couple of months ago that @nelly and Ashanti were huge fans of @joolstv_ and that they play it EVERYDAY for baby KK and how our story inspired them. The cherry on the top was the clip they showed had JJ 🕊️ in it 🙌🏾💙
