I am honored to announce that among Boulder‘s many talented yoga teachers, that the good people at lululemon decided to make me their newest ambassador. I intend to represent their brand with the utmost in personal integrity and authenticity. Obviously the practice of yoga runs much deeper than the apparel we wrap ourselves in, but I will say unequivocally that the comfort and fit of this particular brand of athletic wear has always felt right for my body. Our clothing matters; it does affect our mindset. When we look good, we feel good, and lululemon has always delivered the perfect blend of style and professionalism for the line of work that I have been blessed to have made my living in these past two decades. Spinning tonight @ The Velvet Elk starting around 6:30. If you've ever wanted to catch a set but felt like things always pop off a little too late for you, well, this is a golden opportunity for a little nightlife without all the sleep deprivation that comes with it. It's Larissa Anstey's birthday, and even if you're like "Who's that?" you're still totally welcome to come. You'll probably know half the people there anyway. It's open to the public and we'd love to have a few more bodies on the dance floor gettin' jiggy with it. I'll be dropping a set of retro-fabulous jams to keep the crowd pumped, and the best part: you can go out, get rowdy, and still get to bed at a sane time.
