I was reflecting on opening week and realized this restaurant is proof that when you believe in yourself and actually do the work, dreams really do come true.
It’s really full circle. From cooking for friends in college to opening location #2. But here’s what I really want to say to anyone out there chasing a dream: you have to give it your all. It’s gone be days, decisions, and moments when you’ll question everything. Stay focused, stay committed, keep pushing, and refuse to quit & you’ll get there I promise.
