Meet the Jenkins children as they face a very dramatic dilemma: which play to stage?
🚨 Spoiler alert: it's a hilariously chaotic take on A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Opening two weeks today!
A Midsummer Night's Dream | Southwark Playhouse Borough | 5 - 27 September
Was a bit of a ruddy honour to be asked to sing at the wedding of @johnstonadrian and @elliot.syd with fellow uni mates @babybleis@gattenthomas and Chiara earlier this summer.
Venue wasn’t too shabby either.
Pin the 'tale' on the donkey!
Ever wondered how a show's artwork comes together? Take a peek into our recent photoshoot for A Midsummer Night's Dream.
This condensed retelling of Shakespeare's chaotic comedy, will be retold through the imaginations of the Jenkins siblings as they stave off their boredom one wet and dreary afternoon in early 1900s London.

I’m very proud of our work supporting emerging young artists at the Playhouse.
It would be great to see you there in August for our scorching production of Dawn King’s The Trials
Luckily for everyone this will be the last post I do about my half marathons as I completed my second today.
My body may be broken but it was a lovely theatre trip (ably supported by my colleague Lui), starting at @riversidestudioslondon and heading past @lyrichammersmith , @finboroughtheatre , @theatre503 , @nationaltheatre , @the_globe , @oldvictheatre , @youngvictheatre and past every former and current iteration of @swkplay . We also passed @rvtofficial , @unicorn_theatre and @_bridgetheatre but I’m not special so can only share 10 photos at a time.
A reminder that I DEFINITELY didn’t do this for fun, so you can still donate towards our Participation work at the link in bio until Monday. Thanks all!
Update: Well, it’s definitely happening then.
To raise money for Southwark Playhouse’s Participation programme, I’m going to be running TWO half marathons in a week.
Sunday 18th May: Wimbledon Half Marathon
Tuesday 20th May: a brand new half marathon route (kindly devised by my boss) taking me from Southwark Playhouse to the Lyric Hammersmith (@lyrichammersmith ) via plenty of other theatrical landmarks.
Will I make it? Probably.
Will I come out in one piece? Possibly
Can you sponsor me to make it worthwhile: Of course!
I’ve already secured nearly £2,000. Can I reach double that?
Link in bio or visit the Playhouse website to donate.
Highly recommend the Noah Davis exhibition @barbican .
Perhaps more inspiring than the art were his attempts to physically bring culture to a community commonly left out of the thinking around that.
