What was I doing May 5 five years ago? Without knowing it Jeff Daniel Phillips,Sheri Moon Zombie and I were posing for what turned out to be one of the most controversial pictures I’ve ever taken! Rob Zombie, one of the greatest directors I have ever worked with, unleashed his extremely entertaining love letter to The Munsters and the first thing people commented on was why does Grandpa have a mustache? That movie taught me so much about Internet trolling, and the kind of people who need to foster ill will simply to feel heard in the world that is ignoring them. I hold no grudges and never will but I’m happy, oh so very happy, that over time people have discovered just how much fun this movie is. I know because they tell me it is already a favorite Halloween movie for so many families.

Man, is this one of the Best Anniversaries EVER! It has been five years exactly to the day that I got to try the GrandPa Munster makeup on for the very first time!
Rob has such a great eye for detail that he did change the coloring after. My costume wasn’t done, but I asked for the cape, and I threw another piece of costume on me and made my way to the closest mirror.
