Checkpoint Run!!
For the upcoming First Saturday, we’re trying something new: a team-based checkpoint run around Helsinki.
Each team gets a list of targets and decides their own route. Some are close, some a bit further out — and with a time limit in play, you’ll have to make a few choices along the way.
This is not a race. It’s about moving together, exploring the city, and making just enough questionable decisions to keep things interesting.
No preparation needed — just show up. The captains will make sure everyone has a team.
Timing matters: be laced up and ready to go at 12:30 sharp. We’ll form teams, explain the rules, and aim to head out around 12:45. The event is timeboxed to 90 minutes, so expect to be back 14:15–14:30 by latest.
Stick around afterwards for point tallying, a couple of highly prestigious awards, and of course some beers 🍻
