How does life keep getting better? Well, today is the luckiest day of the year 7/7 ♋️ Cancer season. Greatful to everyone that has poured into my existence in this thing called life. The best is yet to come. Thank you all for your B-Day wishes... keep em comin' 😉

On this day (I think it was 08' or 09') I was standing in for a performer on the pilot season of a series from @tylerperry called Meet The Browns, starring the incredible @davidandtamela . After a series of unusual circumstances, right before taping began, I was presented with the opportunity to play the character I was standing in for. I had just started my career as a film actor and took the stand-in position because I love sitcom and wanted to see how a show was filmed. I was grateful for the chance to be thrown into the fire and David and Tamela graciously welcomed me in and I was handed a script, given a wardrobe and we began taping the episode that afternoon and we taped again, in front of a studio audience that evening and I had a great time. (Something often overlooked in business) Many details of that day have been forgotten over the years; but in the words of Maya Angelou: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Not to make this long, but that environment, from the cast, the crew, and all of the execs was so welcoming that I couldn't wait to get back. Later, I had the chance (huge thank you to @marke.swinton ) to do several seasons of Tyler's next series, For Better or Worse, where I met a new crop of friends and family through the process and learned much that has enriched my journey. - I Am Grateful
