When packing and handling fragile light fixtures it is important to avoid creating pressure on the delicate components of the piece.
One way to combat this is by building a custom box with a hanging rod for the fixture to be affixed to. After we hang the light fixture in the box we will fill the unused space with protective paper and packing peanuts.
