20 Pounds Down in 60 Days??? How!!? Il tell you how on damn accident! This story is no BS I was doing cardio on the treadmill daily in the first clip treadmill incline 10 speed of 2.5-3. Well after vacation I fell behind on filming my online program so I switched my fasted cardio from the treadmill to @fitformula21 I said I never did a whole month of my program (food and all) Man listen I dropped 8 pounds first month then another 12 the following! Then I looked up and realized I looked like my old self! @mr2weeksout comes from Bodybuilding terminology meaning I use to look like I was 2 weeks away from a show! Now I’m back in my bag and you can get in this MF bag right with me! Comment the word (Ready) it’s the beginning of the month let’s Lock TF together because we Just getting started stay tuned!

Boy mom tings 😝☺️ Hubby had to be at the gym early today to train my clients…I needed a day off. King has a spring football game today soooo somebody had to hit that Jug with him this morning‼️ Yes me! Mommy to the rescue 🤣🤣 He had to school me a little bit on how to use the machine correctly but I got it done in my scarf & robe at 730am…I actually liked it so looks like I’ll be practicing more with him. . Over 100 catches this morning 🏈
