At the beginning of my UK master's degree, fresh from Nigeria, I remember the first time I walked into the library. I saw how hard the students were studying and how quickly they typed on their computers, and I wondered how I would cope. Will I achieve my goal of getting a distinction? So, I kept telling myself, "You can do it, and you will do it." and I did it.
