Late to the game... this is my first time trying an EQ in the FX loop. Paired with an EQ in front of the amp really is exciting in terms of tone shaping.
After more than 12 years of owning my Soldano SLO100C combo, I still love it to death. According to Bill Sundt, only about 21 SLO100 combos have been built. The first ones were made around 1997. Three different combos were made. The first is in the Hollowflash picture. It had a cutaway front top edge like a Matchless. That proved too expensive to tolex and Soldano next made what they called the multi-combo cab which mounted the amp vertically with the controls on top.
