The highlight often comes after a lot of unglamorous work!
That’s what I love about calisthenics - it shows me exactly where I am. No shortcuts.
If I want to get better, I have to stay present, patient, and consistent.
And that lesson you can extend far beyond training.
However there are tons of harder skills.
But the only comparison that matters is yesterday’s version of me.
