“Pain’s no longer holding you for ransom” - MP
I’ve been working on a lot of new music recently but it’s deeper than that for me. I’ve actually been working on becoming a better being, loving myself & others more & most importantly making room for the King of kings to rule through my life and I’ve been documenting these experiences so the new music I’ve been making is really my journal that hopefully will speak to you as much as it’s been speaking to me.
Whatever it is that you need or you’re going through you’re not alone.

A symphony of thoughts, wrapped up in sound.
MP’s Headline Show 24’
I can’t say thank you enough to the amazing ladies and gentlemen who banded together with me to put this extremely special show on to end off the year. I may have missed a few but you know who you are God bless you all I pray you never lack a thing.
Also a big thank you to my incredible team @beatingheartent ! Looking forward to what next year has in store. Follow for updates on upcoming events in the new year!🦅
Btw I should mention I know I haven’t give you any new music this year and part of the reason is because I’ve been busy working on a huge project for you that I plan to give you in July 2025. It’ll be worth the wait, trust me. The other reason is because absence makes the heart grow fonder 😉
“MasterPiece” is the name of the project, stay 🔐 in for more info!
Meet MP the Hitmaker - a guest in my Afro Caribbean hour at Radio Next.
I aim to interview a guest in every show who is doing something amazing with their creativity, innovation and willingness to be at the forefront of their specialism.
MP the Hitmaker is a Bradford based musician, producer and so much more making waves in Bradford and beyond and it was a no-brained that I wanted him to be my very first guest on the very first edition of The Afro-Caribbean Hour on Radio Next.
I end every interview with the same 2 Questions.
1. What does “making it” look like to you?
2. Have you made it!
My hope is that these questions encourage both my guest and the listener to reframe their idea of success. Because we are all k!lling it in so many ways that we rarely give ourselves credit for!
Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom, time and tunes with us. Go give him a follow and keep sharing the love for our Afro-Caribbean community wherever you go!

It’s almost coming up to a year since I had the privilege of playing piano for the King & Queen of England - how time flies ! I sat down with BBC Sheffield a couple months ago to tell them all about it..
