I made a 2026 bingo card filled with feelings instead of goals. I know. Stay with me. No revenue targets. No milestones. No "hit X number of clients." Every single square is a feeling I want to experience this year. Today felt like a fairy tale. Laughed until I cried. Felt genuinely giddy. Had a moment of pure awe. Total and complete relaxation. I've been thinking a lot about how I measure a good year. And I realized I've been using the wrong measuring stick for most of my life. Checking achievement boxes. Producing. Delivering. Growing. All good things. But feelings? I wasn't tracking those at all. This year, I wanted to retrain my brain to notice the good as it's happening. Not in the rearview mirror. Not just when something big lands. In the small, ordinary, ridiculous moments that are actually what life is made of. So far, I've crossed off "That was magical!" twice.
