A few weeks ago we had the pleasure to collaborate with @nicosantosofficial and @timowagner_ on a fashion shoot published by @sleekmag - one of the teams’s favorite photos also became the cover for Nico‘s new Single Home Pt. 2!
Werle + Wagner worked on the architectural curation for the production.
The shoot took place in a remarkable architect’s villa located in a small coastal town just 10 minutes east of Palma de Mallorca. Built in the late 1970s, the house was considered pioneering for its time: with a cubist design language, a modern, open floor plan, bright interiors, and expansive terraces that extend toward the sea.
Over the decades, the house has developed a strong and quiet character. There’s a texture to the materials, a subtle aging of surfaces, and a garden that has grown naturally, slowly blending into the architecture. This relationship between structure and nature created a powerful energy on set – raw, timeless, and poetic.
Set directly on a rocky cliff, the villa opens to an uninterrupted view of the Mediterranean and offers distant sightlines toward Palma’s coastline. It’s this constant presence of the sea – always changing, always present – that gives the house its unmistakable calm and strength.
