Last year, Moving Between Worlds had the pleasure of researching our embodied movement work alongside some phenomenal performers.
Our work invites deeper access to emotional and physical resources, strengthening sensory intelligence and embodied presence.
We believe embodied movement is for everyone. Regular embodied practice can lead to improved breathing, posture, emotional balance, clarity and relaxation, all supportive of sustainable performance work.
