GFUL ✨️ Lots of lovely private classes recently have given me the opportunity to teach a wide variety of students- It's been so lush to share yoga with all of you, feeling very grateful.

Maddie is joining our team following a teaching break for maternity leave. We are so lucky to have her on the timetable - you'll spot her teaching yoga flow twice a week and some pregnancy yoga too. @movewithmadd we are SO excited to bring your energy to the space.

My 'mindful circuits' class is back tomorrow... 45 minutes of low impact exercise/movements that you really can make your own and go at as much or as little as you need. Teenies strapped to you or kicking about in a floor nest, tods playing or joining in, it's all welcome, and I can't wait to see you!
Thank you to all of you mums who have come to a class and those who show up week after week, you're ace. 2016 mad, finished my 500hr yoga training and a week later booked Holcombe village hall- Tuesday morn 9.30 £6 a class, first one free! Thanks to that legend for knowing she was worth more than her receptionist gym job & finding her thing! I have been teaching yoga for ten years this year and that feels like something to celebrate! 🍾
I love sharing this practice, from the coperate office classes that paid the bills to the retreat classes all over, the weird classes that didnt quite work out and of course the truely magic and mudane moments in public classes we've experienced together... big thank yous 🙏

It's a crazy old time, forth trimester and beyond, stepping out into the world again can feel huge. Movement for mums is a class for mums... to come and be held, to be reminded to breathe and to be guided through soft, empowering movement and stretching. The last few weeks we've laughed a lot, traded tips and enjoyed eachothers company whilst stretching out tired bods- my hope is that this is much more than a movement class, more of a supportive space to share, support eachother and rebuild some strength (physical & mental)! ✨️✨️✨️
Show up with babe, and while they play, sleep, watch, cry, feed, cling to your trouser leg, trade toys, crawl and walk about you can shimy your butt right to the top of your list for a bit! Holla for queries, book on my webby 😉
