Putting this here for reference!
Yes, I still teach yoga, meditation, dance, etc. I just (mostly) do it in a one-on-one setting, with a more therapeutic focus!
I’ve been teaching movement for over 20 years,
I’ve spent the past 10 learning how to work more therapeutically,
and I’ve spent the last 2 years specifically learning how to work directly with your nervous system.
I help my clients feel safer, more connected, and more alive in their own bodies.
I help my clients process hard experiences and let those experiences move through.
I help my clients remember that it’s okay to give themselves a break.
Sometimes we move,
sometimes we meditate,
sometimes we talk.
We always slow it down.
We’re always kind to ourselves.
If you’re curious, let’s chat!
I offer sessions in person or virtually on a sliding scale.
DM me for more info.

A friend recently had to say goodbye to her sweet pup and she said she found herself frantically flipping through my book to find comfort.
Since it’s still national poetry month, I thought I’d share the pieces I recommended to her. They may or may not mention grief directly, but it’s there, woven into and underneath them.
May they bring you comfort, or tenderness, or hope.
♥️
Mark your calendars!
A little movement, a little meditation, a little feeling, a little fun… a sweet Saturday somatic practice.

Apparently April is national poetry month? Last year, I self-published a book of poetry and personal essays and an album of spoken word with music so I figured I should take the opportunity to share some of it.

Join me this Sunday!
Super simple and lovely movement and meditation practice. Nothing fancy but it’s my favorite thing to do these days.
Here’s the why:
- reconnect with your body
- calm your nervous system
- practice being kind to yourself and your body
- ease stiffness, stress, and anxiety
- have a little fun!
Here’s the what:
- a short intro to help you feel comfortable
- a 40-minute (ish) gentle somatic movement practice
(think: movements that warm up the joints, explore your body’s natural movement patterns, finding what feels good TO YOU)
- followed by a 10-minute (ish) guided meditation that can be done seated or lying down

Can’t wait to move with you!
a little lovely weekend
Saturday night, I wore my men’s vintage 1950’s moon shirt and he wore his crisp white button up.
Sunday night, we switched.
And that really tickled me.
Almost as much as the restaurant’s menu changes that resulted in limited vegan options and a (delicious) dinner consisting of “a martini and three salads…like a fucking 80 year-old woman.”
Outdoor bathtubs and desert sunrises and satellite radio singalongs and new year rituals and just an altogether sweet 48 hours.
Belatedly celebrating 9 years married.
Looking for a last-minute Christmas gift?
Earlier this year, I self-published a book of poetry and personal essays. It was and continues to be a scary and vulnerable and exciting and totally unbelievable thing to have done. And I’m incredibly proud of it.
It’s available on Amazon so if you happen to be looking for a last minute gift that will ship quickly AND also directly benefit an actual person (me!) and not JUST a big company, might you consider buying my book?
You can order it through the link in my bio.
Either way, thanks for considering.
