📣 BEACH PILATES IS BACK 📣
Next month we’ll officially be back on the beach for our summer season of beach Pilates & I cannot wait! It is always my favourite ritual of the week throughout the summer & it could be yours too - seeing the sunrise to begin the day, an energising Pilates class on the sand, followed a homemade tasty snacks (chocolate pb dates are a firm favourite) & maybe even a dip on the sea if you fancy it! What a dream morning 🌊🏖️🧘♀️
🗓️ Every Friday at 7:00-7:45am
📍 Branksome Beach Zig Zag
🌊 Optional Sea Dip after class
🏖️ All you need to bring is a mat or a towel
First class back is May 8th 🫶🏻
