9 weeks of physical activity challenge done! And this is the result after 9 weeks: 1st pic - weighing in @ 196lbs on 1/19/2024 2nd pic - weighing in @ 182lbs on 3/21/2024 3rd pic - weighing in @ 182lbs on 3/21/2024 (me trying to flex my abs without popping a blood vessel) When I started this challenge, I thought it would be easy to get some sort of physical activity in everyday for 9 weeks, but I was wrong. I didn’t hit my daily physical activity goals for at least 2 weeks out of the 9. But I still lost 14lbs in about 2 months! I didn’t have a crazy diet plan, and did weight training 2-4x a week. This shows that we can achieve fat loss and build muscle without struggling to keep up with a boring diet and a strenuous training program.
