been a bit MIA since the half mara in Sydney. motivation’s definitely been up and down but finally starting to feel a bit more like myself again now that I can ease back into training 🤍
still no running, heavy lower body strength or impact. MRI results are back but still not 100% sure what it all means for me yet hopefully I’ll know more tomorrow 🤞
