I never really gave myself the chance to introduce who I am. I’m not someone who talks a lot, but I write, I feel, I reflect. And these are the thoughts that have stayed with me for a long time, so I’m finally sharing them with you I’ve been through ups and downs, and I’m grateful for all of it because it shaped who I am today. Yoga has been a big part of that journey. I may not know what my future will look like, but I trust my intuition and I trust the process, even when nothing seems to be happening. I keep going and keep showing up. And to anyone who feels lost, struggling, or unsure where to begin… Your heart already knows. Your soul already feels it. Maybe that’s why you’re here, reading this🤍 I hope you find your own path, in your own time 🌿 #yogajourney #yogaleadmehere #selftrust #selfjourney #innerknowing

I never practiced yoga just to become more flexible. Yoga became something much deeper. A bridge back to myself. A way to slow everything down… and reconnect with my INNER WORLD That’s why I love yoga so deeply I hope everyone finds their own ritual.. something that helps them return to themselves, again and again
