Welcome to the Loft, Julie ✨ Julie brings warmth, intention, and thoughtful guidance to every class she teaches. With a Comprehensive Mat Certification from Gramercy Pilates, her teaching focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and stability to help students move with confidence both in and outside the studio. 6 months of Movement Loft It’s hard to put into words what this space has become, and how much I’ve learned along the way. Not just about running a business, but about myself, about people, and about what it really means to build something with intention. There have been long days, moments of uncertainty, a lot of figuring things out as I go, but also so much growth, connection, and support that I truly don’t take for granted. This space exists because of the people in it. The clients who trust me, the instructors who show up with so much care, the conversations before and after class, the quiet progress, the shared energy, it all matters more than I expected. I’m really proud of what Movement Loft is becoming. And even more grateful for everyone who’s been part of these first 6 months. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♡

Community, movement, and a little something to sip ✨ Join us this Thursday at 7pm for our next community class in collaboration with mobius, a platform built around sharing movement without pressure, where all movement counts and connection comes without comparison. We’ll start with a dynamic mat Pilates flow focused on strength, control, and intentional movement, then ease into the evening with wine, non-alcoholic refreshments, and open conversation. This little girl had big dreams, a lot of curiosity, and no idea how many chances she’d have to take to get here. Starting my own business has been one of the biggest lessons in trusting myself. Courage isn’t always loud or fearless, sometimes it’s just listening to your gut, believing in your vision, and taking the next step even when you’re not totally sure where it leads. Here’s to the girls we were, the women we’re becoming, and learning to trust ourselves along the way ♡
