A year of MOVE-ing @move_toronto 🎀💪✨. Looking back on a few highlights made over 175 classes with my little cheerleader Louie. It’s hard to explain what this place has meant to me for the past year. I’ve gotten stronger little by little, day by day through consistency and showing up. Coach and member support has helped me set endless PR’s. But the most special might be how a whole community of people helped me care for Louie AND myself. What gift this place is to the east end and any mom or woman who takes the jump into what it offers.
