I got to meet and spend time with my Irish family members along side some of my best friends. This magical, musical journey fulfilled my heart in ways that is hard to explain. I am truly one of the lucky ones in this life.

My 25th year gifted me another chance at learning how to fully live, and I vowed to embrace the abundance I had received. There were moments I was convinced life wouldn’t get better, and then it did…over and over and over again. I am so incredibly lucky.
As I approach my 26th year, I am indulging in all the shifts that are happening in and outside of me. Currently, my biggest step toward growth has been the ways in which I work with my feminine side. I used to fear what would happen if I softened, but doing things that bring me closer to my femininity have now been so completely invigorating. Embracing my natural power as a woman to flow, create, and dream is what is currently fulfilling to me.
I wanted to share just one way I have been living in my yin and that has been through dance. I find that when I let my body move how she wants, I feel both powerful and soft. I feel the shifts working within me in real time. I feel like the truest form of what it is to be a woman.
