Last week, I had the pleasure of hosting an evening with @veronicabeard in support of @motionball 💗
I’ve been involved with motionball for over a decade now, and every year I continue to be inspired by the impact this organization has in support of Special Olympics Canada and inclusive communities across the country.
A huge thank you to the fabulous Veronica Beard team, everyone who came out, and everyone who shopped in support of the cause. Together, we raised $3,000 through event proceeds for @motionball .
It's starting to look a lot like Marathon of Sport season 👀
Rain or shine, the Marathon of Sport is coming to a city near you! Coast to coast, teams will compete alongside @specialocanada athletes in a full day of sports and activities. From soccer and football to basketball, ultimate frisbee, giant pong, benchball, and more, it’s a full day of competition, teamwork, and unforgettable moments. 🏅❤️
All proceeds support the Special Olympics Canada Foundation, helping create more opportunities for athletes across the country.

As Marathon of Sport season ramps up, here’s a quick look at where your impact goes 👇
✨ 70% are directed to local Special Olympics provincial chapters to support local programs. For example, in MOS Ottawa, 70% of funds will be donated directly to @specialolympicsontario for local programming initiatives.
✨ 25% stays within the Foundation to support national Special Olympics initiatives and areas of need.
✨ 5% supports the #NoGoodWay campaign, with the goal of creating a more inclusive society for people with intellectual disabilities.
