This group is all about bringing people together — no pressure, no judgement, just real connection.
The idea is simple:
We meet up, go for a 1-hour walk, have a chat, get things off our chest (or just enjoy the company)… and then stick around after for a coffee, meal, or drink ☕🍔🍻
Motion2Live was created to help raise awareness for men’s and women’s mental health — because whether you’re someone who struggles, or someone supporting someone who does, none of us should feel like we’re doing it alone.
You don’t need to be super fit.
You don’t need to share your story if you don’t want to.
You just need to show up.
This is a space to:
