I learned so much from this collaboration and for those interested I rigged the legs with “rubbers hose” and the hands with duik.

Ever feel surrounded by people and still lonely?
I find nature to be a good reset for my mental health.
It’s wild how we are living in such crowded places and have hundreds of online friends and still feel disconnected.
This line of thinking has inspired me to create a series of animations on mental health and I’m glad to present the first one. Illustration by my wonderful brother Andrei Dumitriu.
A little visual breath for anyone feeling scattered, overstimulated, or just kind of… off.
I’ve found that the further I get from the “scroll”, and the closer I get to nature, the closer I get to myself.
Silence helps. Making art helps. Hugging someone (even a tree) helps :)
Nature has a say in how we’re feeling and we are growing apart, more and more isolated from it. This is a reminder (to myself as much as anyone): solitude, especially in nature, isn’t emptiness. It’s presence. It’s integration. It’s boredom. When was the last time you were bored?
