A Few Words I Needed to Say🙏 I want to take a moment to say a huge thank you — to every band that stepped onto the Mosh Monthly stage, every member of venue staff who kept the nights running tight, and most importantly, every single one of you who turned up, supported, moshed, and helped build something special over these past two years. It’s been an incredible ride, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything this scene has given back. For now, I’m stepping away for an extended break to focus on my health and reset a bit. As for what comes next… well, time has a funny way of surprising us. I’m not making any promises or announcements — just appreciation for the journey we’ve had. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 METAL 2 THE MASSES SCOTLAND – 2026 BEGINS 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 The countdown is officially on! Scotland's road to Bloodstock is about to fire up again, bringing another run of events dedicated to shining a light on emerging heavy talent from every corner of the country. For those who may not know, Metal 2 The Masses has become a cornerstone of the Scottish metal calendar. It's been a gateway for countless bands to get in front of new faces, build their fanbases, and push themselves onto bigger stages. Every year feels like a reset button for the scene — new bands, new sounds, new favourites, and in the end, one Scottish champion heading to Bloodstock Festival to represent our metal community on the New Blood Stage. This year kicks off in the far North-East, where the season is launched with the Fraserburgh Heat on January 31st — featuring: Hot Blooded Reptiles, goodhuman, Gallowgate , Lupine Raine From there, the tour snakes across the country with stops in: ⚔️ Bathgate – 6th of February ⚔️ Dundee – 7th of February ⚔️ Glasgow – 12th of February ⚔️ Edinburgh – 14th of February ⚔️ Kirkcaldy – 20th of February ⚔️ Inverness – 28th of February Each event brings a different mix of bands and styles, which is exactly what makes M2TM so great. It's grassroots, it's unpredictable, and gives the artists the opportunity to play in front of fresh eyes and ears that would otherwise never see them. There are only two slots left for bands wanting to take part in this year’s run — one in Kirkcaldy and one in Inverness.
