The debut SPINNER EP @spinner.mke is out now on all streaming platforms! FFO: Post-hardcore, noise rock, 90s alt/grunge, heavy riffs and banging your fucking head. So happy to be able to make and play music again with friends. We put a lot into these songs and I think they turned out awesome and would love for you to hear them! Recorded this summer at Howl Street Recordings - Shane made it a great experience and captured our sound beautifully. Now we’re looking to get on some more shows again - bands/promoters hit us up! Also should have physical pressings at some point and we’re looking at getting some merch as well in the near future. Stay tuned and thanks for the support!

Hello friends - the first show for my new band @spinner.mke is coming up this weekend on Sat Mar 1st 8pm at @cactusclubmke ! Mixed bill with @ssaann.music @blood.sounds and our friends in @sleepersound who have a new record. I’m incredibly stoked to play live for the first time in many years and we have some tunes we are very excited to show you. Come hang!!

Officially done with the @homiebillchallenge as of today! I’ve never really gone to the gym all my life though I’ve always been a fairly active person. In recent years I became more sedentary and admittedly was drinking way too often and not controlling my diet at all. Been motivated for the past year or so to keep progressing my rollerblading and eventually started working on eating healthier/cutting back drinking. Then I saw this challenge on Jan 1st 23 and decided to go for it - couldn’t have happened at a better time. Proud to say I did not miss a single workout and I am feeling great mentally and pretty much in the best shape I’ve ever been physically, just after a month of this. Not sure what I’m doing moving forward but I am more motivated than ever to keep working out regularly in some way shape or form. It’s never too late to start! Thanks for the challenge Billy 👍
