As a director I decided to flip the approach wanted to play with complementary colors push contrast and go for something three dimensional depth over drama so i decided to deal with top light and strong fill light with diffusers The goal was organic light behavior something that feels real not staged,guess what I didn’t have the 14.5+ stops of ARRI to hold that silky shadow detail instead I had the 16.5 stops theoretical of RED helium and yes shadows got crunchy im sure the next work when im dealing with raw lighting i can use RED GEMINI for better results than this one 😅🙌🏿 definitely im much prizing with my team mate believe we made art 😉
