FLORES MANGGARAI RED HONEY
Origin: Mbohang Village, Manggarai, Flores
Variety: Kartika | Process: Red Honey | Altitude: 1400 MASL
A delicate yet vibrant cup. Juicy orange citrus, Crisp green apple and a hint of tamarind acidity. A clean, structured profile that captures the essence of Flores’ highland elegance.
KERINCI MOSSTO NATURAL
Origin: Gunung Tujuh, Kerinci, Jambi
Variety: Sigararuntang, Andongsari, Lini S | Process: Mossto Natural | Altitude: 1400 - 1700 MASL
A bold, tropical ferment that pushes boundaries. Lively notes of pineapple, creamy yogurt, and ripe strawberry, balanced with a juicy body and sparkling acidity. A standout from Sumatra’s volcanic terroir.
JAVA FRINSA NATURAL
Origin: Pengalengan, West Java
Variety: Mix | Process: Natural | Altitude 1300-1500 MASL
Complex and full bodied. A layered cup with green apple brightness, strawberry jam sweetness and milk chocolate richness, rounded up with a winey finish. A beautiful showcase of Java’s evolving specialty scene.
