Only combo better than sweet and savory is @sonarakitchen and us 💖🧂 Date Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark INGREDIENTS 12 oz pitted dates ½–¾ cup peanut butter, slightly warmed until pourable 8–10 oz high-quality dark chocolate, melted Morton Coarse Sea Salt, for topping INSTRUCTIONS 1) Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. 2) Open up the pitted dates and arrange them closely together on the parchment to create one connected date layer. 3) Place another sheet of parchment on top and use a rolling pin to flatten the dates into an even base layer. 4) Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds, just until runny and easy to pour. 5) Pour the peanut butter over the flattened date layer and spread it evenly. 6) Place the tray in the freezer for a few minutes, just until the peanut butter firms up slightly. 7) Pour the melted dark chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly. 8) Sprinkle with Morton Coarse Sea Salt while the chocolate is still melted. 9) Place in the freezer until fully set. 10) Slice or break into bars. STORAGE Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for a soft, chewy bite.

when did we start needing a product for everything? when did simple things stop feeling like enough? and everyday routines get turned into 10-step systems with very specific labels? a lot of what we’re buying now used to just be one or two basic things already in our home. i've been trying to step back into that mindset again. using what I already have. keeping things simple where I can. not turning every small task into a new purchase. let's get back to the basics. (featuring Morton Coarse Kosher Salt... a reliable staple that’s been in kitchens for generations, doing a lot more than we tend to give it credit for) #ad @mortonsalt
