Morph - MORPHING the future!

At the Hotel Intelier Malvarrosa Plaza, we have reinterpreted the Mediterranean in the form of a façade that filters light, undulating geometry and optimised infrastructure. A project in collaboration with Intelier | Hotels & Suites, part of the Nealis Hospitality, we have created a hotel where the fluidity of the sea inspires a design that contributes to urban regeneration, with the rooftops being highlighted as key spaces within the building. Opening its doors on the Malvarrosa seafront this summer, this superior 4-star hotel has 170 rooms and a rooftop with sea views, offering tourists a contemporary, sustainable and experience-oriented approach.

𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 is designed to be connected to its environment, adapting to its rhythms, scales and conditions. The façades are divided into flowing sections that lend lightness to the building. Natural, light-reflecting materials ensure durability and promote wellbeing in a tropical climate, merging architecture and landscape.

The inspiration for 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 stems from a fundamental idea: translate the movement of the sea waves. The façades have been designed using parametric processes, fragmented into volumes that flow and ondulate, bringing rhythm and vitality to the architecture.

Sand Pavement feature a pattern of shells, seaweed and starfish. Inspired by Antoni Gaudí’s famous hexagonal paving stones from around 1904. These iconic tiles can still be seen on Barcelona's Passeig de Gràcia and are part of the MoMA collection.

The Desert Rose’s algorithmic façade is a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Mashrabiya. This intelligent veil is not only a tribute but also a bioclimatic innovation. Its geometry modulates solar gain and the entry of natural light, responding to the climatic conditions of the location.

The Desert Rose is inspired by the natural mineral formations found in the desert. These formations, known as “desert roses”, emerge from the sand over time due to erosion and climate conditions.

MORPH has arrived in Mexico with the concept design for the first @iniestacademy in the Mexican Caribbean. Located in Gran Vía del Mar (Puerto Morelos), this project forms part of the ecosystem driven by @everlandmx , where urban planning, education and community are conceived as a single entity from the outset. A milestone marking a turning point in the integration of world-class sports facilities within cutting-edge property developments. At MORPH, we approached the project as a balancing act between high-performance functionality and harmony with the local environment. An architecture that meets sporting requirements whilst engaging with the landscape and the values that define the Iniesta Academy: humility, hard work and respect. This partnership, strategically driven by Boutique Real Assets, enables the creation of disruptive spaces that challenge convention, demonstrating that architecture is the driving force capable of realising sporting excellence.

MORPH has won the international competition to design and develop the "Bucharest Justice District” in the heart of the capital Romania. Launched by the Ministry of Justice and financed by the @worldbank , the project will establish a modern, unified hub for Romania’s judiciary—setting a new benchmark for transparency, accessibility, and urban regeneration. Spanning more than 300.000 m², the Justice District will bring together the @ministerul_justitiei , courts, prosecutors’ offices, judicial training facilities, and parking. Delivered in partnership with @typsa.arq , Allied Engineers, @reactnowarchitecture , and @arquitectosayala , our scope includes architecture, interior design, landscape, sustainability, and full engineering services. Our proposal creates an organic urban framework that repairs Bucharest's fragmented central fabric. The design respects the neighboring historic center and @gensler_design masterplan, featuring varied skylines that echo the old city's pitched roofs. We have reclaimed underutilized rooftop spaces, areas with optimal light and views, to reconnect users with nature and the city's renewal. The flexible design prioritizes sustainability through passive environmental strategies, enhanced biodiversity, generous outdoor spaces, and low-carbon construction supporting local sustainable practices.
