Trying to find myself, rewire my brain and nervous system and if you’re ever questioning it, having a break and stepping away from your social media. I say do it! Sometimes you just need to start fresh, using an account I follow basically no one on and only seeing content I actually want to see (Mostly travel stuff, not influencers and their highlights) 🥲
I’ve gone through a huge wave in life and I’m still trying to find my feet but I am proud that I could see the benefits of stepping away and focusing on the stuff that really matters. 🤍🤞🏼
