As Director of Operations, Lexi oversees the day-to-day administrative and organizational functions of SCC, ensuring efficient systems, sound financial management, and strong internal processes. This role leads operational planning, compliance, and resource allocation to support programs, staff, and strategic goals. By strengthening infrastructure and fostering cross-functional collaboration, Lexi helps drive organizational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
