I have loved this song Uvney by @levtahormusic since the day it came out over 20 years ago. I used to blast it in my car as I memorized every harmony. What an honor for me to be invited to sing this a cappella version together with them. Today more than ever, our hearts and souls are turned towards Eretz Yisroel. This is our collective prayer. May we see the rebuilding of the Beis Hamikdash with the coming of moshiach now!
The words above are lyrics from @mordyshap ’s song ‘Unity.’
So here’s the question going into Shabbat: how can we keep the Mitzvah of “Ve’ahavta l’reacha kamocha”— loving your fellow as yourself?
The Rebbe explained that this mitzvah becomes possible when we stop defining people by the external. On the surface we are different: backgrounds, personalities, opinions, lifestyles. But those differences belong to the body. At the level of the soul, every Jew is one.
When you look at someone only through the physical lens, separation feels natural. But when you train yourself to see the neshama, the divine spark within them, you begin to see something deeper: they are not separate from you. They are another expression of the same source.
That is why the verse says love them as yourself. Because in truth, at the deepest level, they are part of you. And when we live with that awareness, unity stops being a slogan and it becomes the natural way we see one another.
Shabbat Shalom!
Honestly, we only have one wish right now... “Please watch over us like children.”

Hey friends!
I’ve just released a brand-new single called Ad D’lo Yada along with a fresh music video - shot entirely on my iPhone! Both are out now. Check them out and let me know what you think!
This song speaks to the journey of letting go—releasing our need to control every outcome and instead trusting in God’s greater plan. It’s a reminder that true peace comes when we surrender, knowing we’re held by something far greater than ourselves. So let go, have some fun, and let the music do the rest!
