Unter den Urhebern der französischen Extreme-Metal-Szene Mitte der 80er-Jahre waren nur wenige in der Lage, ihre unheilige Kunst wirklich über die Grenzen hinaus zu tragen, um Anerkennung aus dem weltweiten Untergrund zu erhalten. Neben LOUDBLAST oder AGRESSOR gehören auch MERCYLESS nach wie vor dazu.

Genuine old-school unholy Death Metal band from France, established in 1987 and still feasting on the blood of the lambs ever since. Among the authors of the French extreme metal scene in the mid-1980s, only a few were able to really carry their unholy art beyond the borders in order to gain recognition from the global underground. In addition to LOUDBLAST or AGRESSOR, MERCYLESS are still part of it.
