OFFICIAL STATEMENT Re: Public Claims by Ms. Monsurah Adeola (Madiva Stiches) — Former Winner, Sketch2finish Fashion Reality Show Season 1 📍 Lagos, Nigeria – November 9, 2025 The management of Sketch2finish Fashion Reality Show has taken note of a recent public statement made by Ms. Monsurah Adeola, who emerged as the winner of Season 1 under the business name Madiva Stitches. For clarity and transparency, the organizers of Sketch2finish deem it necessary to state the following: 1. Contractual Agreement and Exclusivity Ms. Adeola entered into a legally binding one-year agreement with Sketch2finish, dated January 20, 2025, which clearly stipulates that the Winner shall be exclusively represented by the Executive Producer throughout the duration of her tenure. The contract also requires prior written approval from Sketch2finish before any business or brand modification related to the title or representation. 2. Unauthorized Rebranding and Misrepresentation Without formal notice or consent, Ms. Adeola unilaterally rebranded from Madiva Stitches (as documented in the agreement) to Madiva Artistry, began operating independently, and publicly dissociated from the brand that conferred her title. This action constitutes a breach of the exclusivity and representation clauses, as well as a misrepresentation of her contractual status. 3. Response to Public Claims The recent statement issued by Ms. Adeola contains several misrepresentations regarding the withdrawal of her title. For clarity, Sketch2finish did not act arbitrarily; the decision to withdraw the title was a direct consequence of documented breaches of her contractual obligations, including failure to participate in official brand activities and disregard for directives. Any suggestion to the contrary is inaccurate and does not reflect the factual record of her engagement under the Agreement. 4. Fulfillment of Obligations The organizers categorically state that all prizes and benefits tied to the title are contingent upon compliance with contractual terms and ongoing collaboration between both parties. Sketch2finish has fulfilled, and continues to honor, all deliverables within the agreed framework.

Few days ago, my friend & partner @bridgetokonofua and I attended the UK DCTS (Developing Countries Trading Scheme) meeting — such an insightful session on how developing countries like Nigeria can access the UK market more easily through simplified trade and reduced tariffs. It was a full house of agriculture stakeholders — from farm to table — and key government bodies involved in exportation standards. I, as a hospitality expert, with growing interest in agriculture and exportation, and Bridget - a consultant and trainer in agriculture, we couldn’t help but connect the dots — quality and standards are everything. If we want to see Nigerian produce thrive globally, we must combine excellence in production with integrity in process. 🌾 Truly inspired and looking forward to what’s ahead! 💪🏾🇳🇬 #UKDCTS #ExportNigeria #Agriculture #FarmToTable #MadeInNigeria #HospitalityProfessionals #Standardization #GlobalTrade #NigeriaToTheWorld #UK

🚨 Truth for Every Dreamer & Doer: You can’t do it all alone. Carrying everything by yourself will drain your mind, body, and spirit. Burnout is real. Even God assigns His angels to get things done. Delegation is wisdom. Here’s what real growth looks like: 🌱 Learn constantly. 🌱 Teach others. 🌱 Build systems. 🌱 Delegate wisely. 🌱 Collaborate intentionally. 💯 Your dreams need more than your strength. Greatness is not a solo act — it’s the result of a strong, empowered team. 🔥 Build a good team. 👉 Tag someone you’d want on your dream team. #LeadershipDevelopment #TeamWorkMakesTheDreamWork #EntrepreneurMindset #BusinessGrowth #TeamBuilding #LeadershipQuotes #SuccessMindset #DreamBigWorkSmart #BossMoves #CollaborationOverCompetition #GrowthMindset #EntrepreneurLife #LeadersInTheMaking #BusinessOwnerLife #LevelUpMindset
