It all started on September 1, 2025, when I googled: “what is a brand?”
I had no idea that to create a truly great website, you need a brand — a colour palette, fonts, logos, an entire aesthetic.
And not just fonts… but the spacing between each letter?!
I look back now and realise how little I knew.
Fortunately, I seem to have some pretty bad-ass cosmic guides who always steer me in the right direction.

From the moment we met, I just knew — I don’t know how far I’ll go, but I have to do something with her.

Tarot suits, but make them Grandmacore 👵🏼
As a Cancer Midheaven, our client @heatherbarnestarot is known for her nurturing nature and ability to make anyone feel at home. Even when the cards are calling you out.
We wanted her icons to reflect that. So instead of traditional tarot icons, we reimagined them like this:
🫖 Cups → mismatched and haphazardly stacked
💌 Swords → letter openers like you’d find in an old wooden desk
🔥 Wands → matchsticks with small sparks that light big fires
🌻 Pentacles → soft-edged coins with a floral motif

Most branding experts will tell you that your personal preferences shouldn’t influence your brand colours. That you should choose your palette based on colour psychology or what your audience needs to feel to make a purchase. 💰
I’m all about choosing colour strategically, but that particular approach comes from corporate/big box branding and doesn’t necessarily translate to personal brands.
If you don’t love your colours, it doesn’t matter how “strategic” they are. You won’t use them.
There’s a reason you’re drawn to certain colours. More often than not, they tell a vivid story about what it’s like to work with you. And that story is written in vivid detail in your birth chart. 🌟
