🇺🇸🇫🇷(French in comments) ✍️🇺🇸Loom @moonsagaws is that kind of game where you grab your favorite drink, flip some tiles, and just enjoy the moment. The goal, like in many games, is to score the most points, but here you’ll do it by building a beautiful, colorful mosaic. On your turn, you place a tile with one simple rule: the number must be either one higher or one lower than the tiles next to it, all while continuing your circular pattern. Sounds easy, right? Now take a sip of your drink… because if you want to win, there’s a bit more to think about. You’ll score for every full circle you complete, but only if the colors are all different. You’ll also score for each square you close, again with different colors, and for every line of matching-colored threads you extend. This is exactly the kind of game I love after a busy day. It’s a little thinky, but not overwhelming, just enough to keep you engaged while still feeling relaxed. Another thing I really enjoy: you don’t use all the tiles in a game, so each play feels different. Sometimes that one tile you really needed to complete your perfect loop… is still sitting in the box. The solo mode works really well too, so you don’t even need a partner to unwind with this one. So far, everyone I’ve introduced it to, adults and kids alike, has loved it. En Parks & potions asumimos el rol de guardianes del parque y usamos el poder de la alquimia botánica mediante la gestión de pociones para curar fauna silvestre. 🖌️ 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙚 𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨 No es necesario extenderme con lo obvio, estética y visualmente todos los componentes son bellísimos! 😍 🎲 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙤 𝙟𝙪𝙜𝙖𝙧 Luego de repartir tablero personal y 3 cartas de objetivo a cada jugador: 🧪Cada día un jugador distinto debe lanzar dados 3 veces y de los 4 dados todos los jugadores eligen 2 y recogen esas pociones según sus cartas objetivo 🧪Al obtener pociones puedes mezclarlos para obtener pociones de otro color o forma 🧪Al término de día gestionas pociones para completar objetivos 🧪Algunas cartas dan extractos que puedes ocupar como comodín 🧪Al terminar el día, se pasa la insignia de primer jugador a la siguiente persona y avanza la ficha de día Puntuación: ⚡Sumando puntos en cartas de animales curados ⚡Cartas de experimento multiplicando el valor visible por los extractos sin usar ⚡1 pt por Set collection de mismo Bioma después de segunda carta ⚡2 pts por Set collection de 3 biomas distintos Luego de 5/6 rondas según cantidad de jugadores, se totalizan puntos y el jugador con mas puntos gana. ✨️ 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨 🧪 Me encantó el arte de todo! dados, cartas y la caja con su distribución de componentes. 🧪 Siento que los creadores pensaron en todo! es apto para daltónicos (mira en los dados), la bolsa te permite llevar el juego en "modo viaje" sin tener que llevar la caja ni playmat. 🧪 Admiro la vuelta de tuerca que aplicaron los autores respecto a los modos de juego, ya que además tiene variante competitiva, cooperativa y solitario. 🧪Si te gustan los juegos como Potion explosion con gestión de recursos y varios modos de partida, este es tu juego! 🇺⤵ #boardgames #juegosdemesa #brettspiel #jeuxdesociété #boardgamegeek

🌈 Color meets tile-laying puzzle game in LOOM from Moon Saga Workshop! @moonsagaws 💭 Have you ever thought how amazing it would be to weave your own fiber mosaic or fabric? But then thought, hahaha, who am I kidding, I have to dedicate my time to my board game hobby! Me too. Luckily, we can get the experience of weaving beautiful textiles while playing Loom. 🔢 Weaver Count: 1-5 Players | 8+ | 20-30 min 🗺️ Mapping the Mechanics Each player takes turns placing at least one tile (or more!) from their hand face up into the mosaic, while obeying the following rules: 🔸It must be perpendicular to another tile 🔹It must be adjacent to a number exactly one higher or one lower (e.g., a 6 can go between a 5 or 7) Your goal is to make loops (circles), weaves (squares), and chains (connected) for points. The end of the game you have created a beautiful woven mosaic and hopefully gained the most points along the way! 📓Navigator’s Logbook I love puzzle games and tile games. Of course, this one just screamed a game for me. I loved how easy it was to learn and to teach. The rules were straightforward, yet the ever-changing tiles and landscape of the pattern created enough of a challenge to keep it captivating. By the end of the game, it’s a stunning work of art laid across the table with the variety of colors, loops, weaves, and chains. 🦜 Solo Flight All my solo players, if you like a solo puzzle, I think you’d enjoy this one. It has that feeling of creating a beautiful pattern, similar to “A Gentle Rain.” The mechanics are similar to the base game, but instead, you use a set of gray tiles to count down eight rounds. It’s peaceful laying out the tiles while still providing that brainburner. I’ve found it incredibly enjoyable playing at night before I go to bed. 🧭 The Ideal Crew If you are a fan of puzzles, tile-laying, relaxing with a twist of spatial reasoning, and some thinkiness, you’d enjoy Loom! 🟢 Loom is in its final few days on Kickstarter!
