On Wednesdays, we introduce women of Winter Elements! 💁♀️
Today, we highlight Jayna Davis, a former ski racer! Currently based out of Washington, Jayna is affiliated with the National Brotherhood of Skiers, and she is an advocate for diversity in the ski industry.
Her ski career accomplishments include racing in the FIS and National Junior Race categories, as well as being featured in the 2021 Warren Miller film “Winter Starts Now”.
Outside of skiing, Jayna is working towards earning her college degree in Health Science to start a career in occupational therapy 📖
It’s also happens to be her birthday today, so make sure to wish her a wonderful day 🥳
Jayna is one of many athletes in Winter Elements, an all-women’s ski film that will be premiering in the Fall of 2026. Make sure to follow @moonrisecreate to learn about the rest of the women involved in this project. 🌙 #moonrisecreative

There’s a lot that goes on in order to make a feature-length ski film like Winter Elements… filming with athletes, pitching to sponsors, transferring and storing footage, editing the segments, planning the film tour, the list goes on and on! 😝
