All of our cars are static, and most of our cars run coilovers but what about a no-sus rear??
Our usual setup for our event cars suspension is

Poly bump stops + short stroke shocks
With the rear of the car body being solid mounted, it makes for a stiff and exciting drive, pause don’t go there.
No springs = No-sus
But no-sus doesn’t mean just yeet the springs. We run polyurethane bump stops in place of the oem rubber, and use Megan short stroke shocks. So it’s still a quality ride, solid, but good.
Also, with the car so low to the ground, the diff and rear sub has been raised, & the gas tank was relocated into the trunk, but even with all that there’s some dips that’ll still get you.

We will be showing you guys the processing for how to go from making cardboard templates, to making a custom wide body. We’re pushing our own skill level with these cars we’re building but it’s what we want to do.

A drive with sexy butame - test footage 🎥
Since the HandyCam has made its comeback in our lives it’s become our go to choice camera for filming and documenting our recent activities.
This is some early test footage we did to make sure we could transfer the footage and make sure it’s what we wanted.
Overall, I’m loving the Sony HandyCam, it’s such a great video camera for being 17 years old. So expect plenty more content in the near future.

We bought this camera early on into our relationship, that was over 16 years ago now, and it captured plenty of early memories.
Our daughter growing up, our corgis, and even building my old 86.
I’m stoked to see it’s working and that it’s still in great condition, and that’s prob all due to how well Astrid took care of it lol
But expect plenty more HandyCam content to come, we have a lot to do and a lot to record in this new season together! 🎶

The happy Doritos making music!
As of recent, I’ve been doing a deep study on specific wide bodies and aero of a specific era and I believe in my heart, I overcooked the cosmo lol. It’s a hard pill to swallow but lesson learned and I feel like I now understand the goal clearer.
I want to chase a balance with the cosmo while having an aggressive look. I know I’m not there yet, but whenever I achieve it, I will feel it. So I don’t mind taking my time and not rushing this car because I know that the next respec is going to be even closer to what we want to achieve!

Let’s take a drive to SD for @analogandgrit
This past weekend we got invited to showcase at AG, but before we made that drive we had to fix the blown heater core hose we “patched” on our last adventure!
It held up great but out with the bondage hose, pause, and in with the new hose and fluids and off we went!
Thanks again to everyone who made the trip worth the drive, and team car did great!
Now it’s time to tear it down!! 🎶🎶
