Hey, my name is Wiktoria, and I am a Menstrual Cycle Coach 🩸 and yoga teacher. I have been passionate about health and wellness for as long as I can remember, but my journey has been full of personal challenges. I have struggled with an eating disorder, negative body image, acne, depression, and severe anxiety, as well as a chronic injury, which ultimately led me to what I am doing right now. Nowadays, I see every health imbalance as a sign from the body to pause and pay closer attention, but it hasn't always been that way... I used to be angry and disappointed with my body on so many levels. Not being able to accept myself, I felt like there was no way out of my own prison - until I learned how to soften and let go of the constant pressure I was putting on myself. This is when I discovered menstrual cycle awareness, and a whole new world opened up to me. The moment I completed my first course, I knew this was it - my mission in the world: to embody this knowledge and bring it to as many women as possible. I went all in on cycle syncing, menstrual cycle awareness, hormone balancing, women's health, somatic yoga, tantra, and more. And here I am today, sharing my journey with you, hoping to give you hope and inspiration and to guide you on your own healing journey. #EmbraceYourCycle #MenstrualCycleCoach #CycleSyncing #HormoneHarmony #SelfLove #WomensHealth #HolisticHealth #MenstrualAwareness #SomaticYoga #HormoneBalance #HealingJourney

I have a tendency to hyper focus and try to be perfect with everything I do. However I learnt that being consistent over time is much more effective than trying to be perfect. If we lack flexibility what is meant to be good for us sometimes backfires. I believe life is meant to be lived and taking care of your health should not put more pressure on you and take away your entire joy. ā€œWhat’s the point of anything?ā€ Suddenly your life feels meaningless. All the excitement seems to be gone. Everyone annoys you. And yesterday everything felt completely fine. If this happens to you every month… Most probably you are NOT stuck in the perpetual loop of a dark night of the soul… You might just be entering your luteal phase. šŸ˜… These emotions feel very real and I’m not here to dismiss them. BUT when you understand why they visit every month, things get easier. You can suffer a little… and laugh at the same time. That’s why I’m starting Luteal Diaries - a series about the intense and sometimes hilarious inner world of the luteal phase. Because if we’re going through it every month… We might as well understand how to deal with it. Follow if you want to learn how to survive your luteal monster 😈 #lutealphase #menstrualcycle #cycleswareness #hormonehealth #pmsproblems

I used to hate my luteal phase. It always came with a set of very uncomfortable feelings which I thought I had to push down and do everything just to not feel them. I’d think something was seriously wrong with me. I’d go above and beyond to change how I felt which would only make me feel worse. Once I stopped numbing my emotions the discomfort didn’t disappear, but it softened. I understood that the language of my body is sensations and over time I learned to listen. Once we stopped numbing labelling emotions right or wrong they become valuable information. In my personal experience these emotions and sensations get so much stronger in my luteal phase. Nowadays I tune in instead of tuning out. Follow for more luteal wisdom ✨ #lutealphase #lutealphasesupport #menstrualcycle #cyclicalliving #hormonebalance

Oops, I said it šŸ™Š Some things just hit differently in the luteal phase. This happens because our ā€œsocialā€ hormone, estrogen, drops, and the capacity to hold space for others significantly diminishes. Progesterone rises after ovulation, making you prioritise stability over excitement. What felt nourishing and fun in your follicular phase can suddenly feel overwhelming and simply too much in your luteal phase. The irritation and the anger you might feel before your period are your body signalling its boundaries. If you choose to cross these boundaries, the noise gets louder. But once you start listening to your body, the inner voice softens and your luteal experience gets better. What is your evil mind telling you in the luteal phase? šŸ˜ˆšŸ¤ Comment below! There was a time in my life when I would swing between feeling extremely motivated and happy into a dark spiral of inner criticism and feeling depressed. Truth is that it made me wonder… Am I bipolar? Is this how other people feel? Why do I feel SO low and so often… Having a history of mental illness in my family made me really afraid of my feelings. When I started working with other women I realized so many of us share a similar story. I REALIZED I WASN’T ALONE IN MY EXPERIENCE. The first time it became clear to me was when I sat in a circle of women during the ā€œWomen ReWildingā€ course I did with @bextyreryoga . 15 women from different parts of the world sharing stories that felt so familiar. This course has changed my life. Since then, I have engaged deeply in my own cyclical journey, and I discovered that the more I repress the discomfort I feel in my luteal phase, the more it haunts me. The more I try to change how I feel, the worse it gets. There is a true liberation in allowing the discomfort to come to the surface. In creating space for what needs to emerge. And in voicing what needs to be voiced… When we bring the unconscious into the conscious mind, however uncomfortable it is, Shadow Work becomes a path to self-love and freedom. #menstrualcycle #cyclicalliving #shadowwork #lutealphase

Some urban wisdom bombs on this Valentine’s day ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ Talking about self-Love has always been my biggest motivation for showing up and doing the work I do. I went from hating myself, hating my body, from constantly criticising myself and being a perfectionist to the place where I can honestly say I love myself. And you know what? Loving yourself is a true GAME CHANGER. It changes how you show up. How you speak. What you put in your body. The people you choose to engage with. The relationships you get into. It changes your nervous system. I honestly think self-love is an ultimate hack to getting anything you truly desire. This is the work worth doing. šŸ¤ All images are created by me using Midjourney. Regulate your nervous system like your life depends on it. Regulated nervous systems make us resilient in times of change. It’s the foundation to living fully and unapologetically. It’s the antidote to fear and insecurities quietly running your life in the background. #nervoussystem #nervoussystemreguation #empowerment #womenempowerment #womensupportingwomen

My form of therapy lately. May we all manage to keep our nervous systems regulated as much as we can. Like it or not this toxic system is feeding on a collective dysregulation. Rewiring your beliefs around period shame and se*xuality might be the most radical act of rebellion against the society you grew up in. These beliefs are not yours anyway and by releasing them you create more freedom and aliveness in your body. You also claim your power back. Where are you dimming your light to fit in?
